At the end of this training, the professional will be able to have an overview of the neurophysiological mechanisms involved in pain.
He will be able to set up a therapeutic strategy according to the bio-psycho-social mechanisms involved.
Manual Therapy is a tool of choice for physiotherapists to fight against Musculoskeletal Disorders. But the effects of manual therapy are poorly understood and the specificity of these effects is poorly demonstrated. Neuroscience sees the effectiveness of TM in its contextual effects. There is therefore a need to develop theoretical and practical knowledge in the profession about these contextual effects for better pain management.
Dermo neuro modulation (DNM) is a framework for the management of pain syndromes in Manual Therapy. It was prototyped by Diane Jacobs, a Canadian physiotherapist.

Karine Weyland is a physiotherapist specializing in Pilates. After training in the STOTT Pilates method on mats and machines in Canada, she specialized in Pilates for therapeutic use. Surrounded by health professionals and Pilates experts, she immersed herself in this method which offers a functional and physiological basis that is very useful to the rehabilitator.
She founded the training organization K-Pilates in 2013. It was during her stays in Singapore between 2014 and 2018 that she perfected her skills in the therapeutic applications of Pilates. Since 2019, she has had an Expert Trainer certificate issued by the CNAM.
Her meticulousness and sense of contact make her an inspiring and communicative teacher.
Cécile Belec is a physiotherapist passionate about Pilates. In 2018, she created a practice near Vesoul in which she offers individual and group lessons, on mats and Reformer equipment. Driven by the desire to share her passion, she also works with IFMK students and businesses during “discovery” days.
In 2021, she became a therapeutic Pilates trainer and joined the K-Pilates team to promote the method to physiotherapists and APA professionals. Cécile enjoys discussions and sharing experiences.
With a varied experience in Pilates, Cécile transmits her expertise with great pleasure and good humor.
