He will be able to set up a therapeutic strategy according to the bio-psycho-social mechanisms involved.
Manual Therapy is a tool of choice for physiotherapists to fight against Musculoskeletal Disorders. But the effects of manual therapy are poorly understood and the specificity of these effects is poorly demonstrated. Neuroscience sees the effectiveness of TM in its contextual effects. There is therefore a need to develop theoretical and practical knowledge in the profession about these contextual effects for better pain management.
Dermo neuro modulation (DNM) is a framework for the management of pain syndromes in Manual Therapy. It was prototyped by Diane Jacobs, a Canadian physiotherapist.

Masseur Sports physiotherapist with almost exclusive care for patients with ACL rupture and/or reconstruction,Florian Forelliworks at the Orthosport Center in the northern suburbs of Paris.
Associated with this practical activity, he directs the functional exploration unit of the Domont Clinic where he coordinates the outpatient journey of patients who have had ACL reconstruction, from preoperative to return to sport (education, assessment, etc. ..).
It is also with this same unit that he works with various professionals, notably attached to the SFMKS and the SFMKS Lab, on research subjects linked to ACL rehabilitation. Florian is the author of numerous scientific publications on ACL rehabilitation.
Jerome Rierais a D.E physiotherapist and has worked in private practice since 2005. He has since participated in numerous training courses on the management of athletes' pathologies. He divides his time between liberal activity and his university activities.
Jérôme holds a Master's degree in neuro-motor engineering and is currently completing a doctoral thesis within the "Sport Performance And Injury Prevention" team at the Inter-university Laboratory of Motor Biology (LIBM) of the Jean Monnet University of Saint-Étienne.
At the same time, he works at the University of Bordeaux where he is Associate Lecturer at the University Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences (IUSR). His research focuses on persistent deficits after anterior cruciate ligament surgery.
Jérôme teaches lower limb pathologies, in initial and continuing training for physiotherapists since 2014. He is strongly involved in continuing education through the training organization that he directs, “Physio Sport and Performance”. He is also the author of several publications in indexed and peer-reviewed journals.
